Sony Walkman NW-E013 is not a Lipstick
Here is yet another Sony Walkman branded mp3 player. The lipstick like Walkman NW-E013 is a small USB thumb drive sized mp3 player that weighs in at under 30g and sports 1GB of storage.
The lipstick shaped player sports a 3 line OLED display and around 30 hours of playback. The Walkman NW-E013 should retail for around $100 (due for relaese in Japan in December) if and when it reaches the US.

Sony Cyber Shot DSC T2 Packs 4GB of Memory
Sony have just announced they latest Cyber Shot camera; The DSC-T2. If you are one of those people who are put off with having to use Sony’s proprietary memory sticks, then the DSC-T2 might change your mind. The DSC-T2 comes with 4GB of on board memory, which is about the equivalent of 1,300 photos (and way more than I currently have with my own memory cards). Of course, if 4GB is not enough, you can always use a memory stick pro duo card to expand your memory capabilities.
The DSC-T2 packs an 8 megapixel, 1/2.5-inch CCD sensor, 2.7-inch, 230k pixel touchscreen LCD, 3x Carl Zeiss zoom with optical image stabilization, Sony's "smile shutter" and face detection technology, 38mm to 114mm-equivalent f/3.5-4.3 lens and an ISO 3200 max sensitivity.

Samsung SGH-800 Camera or Phone
There are plenty of good camera phones out there; even some with 5 megapixels. But the Samsung SGH-800 goes one further and adds a ‘3x optical zoom lens’. That’s right this phone certainly thinks it’s a digital camera, with great looks also. From the back, you would be hard pressed to tell this was a phone. Samsung FlipShot Mobile Camera Phone for Verizon Wireless
The Samsung ‘Flipshot’ U900 is expected to be available on Verizon Wireless later this year. The phone looks like your standard mobile phone until you open it up and flip the screen 180 degrees revealing a high resolution screen with features such as; a flash and in-camera photo editing software.
The U900 ‘Flipshot’ comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus, zoom, and video recording capabilities and supports Verizon Wirelss VCAST Video and VCAST Music.

Microsoft Zune 2 Shrinks
Microsoft has unveiled the updated Zune Player. The Zune 2 will come in 4GB, 8GB (Flash versions) and an 80GB hard drive model. The 80GB version is only available in black, while the 4GB and 8GB versions will be available in black, red, pink, and green.
The new Zune's will allow users to sync their player to a computer over a home Wi-Fi network. But don’t worry if you already have a Zune as this feature will be available to you via a firmware upgrade.
Users who use Windows Media Center, Vista Home or Vista Ultimate can now sync PC-recorded TV content directly to your Zune.
Lets see how these now compete with the obvious new generation of iPod Nano and iPod Classic.
The new Zube 2 players should be out in November, priced at $149, $199, and $249, respectively

Pentax Introduces the 12MP Optio A40 and the 8MP Optio V10
Pentax have just announced their Optio A40 that features 12 megapixels as well as, three types of Shake Reduction including mechanical, digital and movie. The Optio A40 also features the newest Face Recognition technology including a Natural Skin Tone mode and a Half-length Portrait mode, which automatically takes a head and shoulder photograph of subjects.
Also just announced is the Optio V10, which is an ultra-slim compact digital camera with a 3.0 inch LCD. The Optio V10 features 8 megapixels, a 3X optical zoom and easy operations in a slim, stylish, affordable body.
The Optio A40 will be available in October 2007 for around $299.95 and the Optio V10 in November for around $249.95.

The new Sony Ericsson V640i music phone will be sold by Vodaphone in select markets. The V640i supports Memory Stick Micro cards up to 4GB. It supports HSDPA for web browsing and RSS feeds for those that like to keep up to date with what’s going on. The V640i alos is preloaded with Google maps.

The Matra MS1 Electric Bike
Here is am electric bicycle, which actually looks like something you would be seen on. The Matra MS1’s electric motor is supposedly good for 62 miles and a top speed restricted to 28mph. The motor is also charged when or if the brakes are applied. If you eventually run out of juice, the standard pedals will keep you going.
No word on when or if this will hit production, but if it does it won’t be that cheap.
