The New iPod Classic

The iPod becomes the iPod Classic and sports an all-new interface, including Cover Flow. The iPod Classic now comes in 80GB and 160GB capacities, with 30 hours of battery for audio playback, 6 hours of video on the 80GB version, and 40 hours / 7 hours for the 160GB unit. The new iPod Classic also gets a revamped body that is now thinner and all-metal.

The 80GB iPod classic will retail for $249, and the 160GB will retail for $349. Both should be available this weekend.
