Have you ever tried to recreate that perfect golf swing… May be you get lucky once or twice during a round; well a professor at Yale University has patented a novel idea to help ensure that perfect swing time after time.
Robert Grober has created a golf club equipped with sensors that measure the changes in movement and acceleration of the golf club during the swing. This data is then converted to sound that lets the golfer know how the swing was. By focusing on timing and tempo, the patent hopes to improve a golfer’s as the results are quantitative and not subjective to the individual golfers own impression of the swing.
