Does your surgeon on a Wii?
This may seem like a strange question to ask, but a recent study has shown that trainee surgeons that spent 1 hour playing on a Wii, scored 50% higher on tool control and overall performance.

Games that require delicate movements were found to be effective at honing scalpel skills. The Wii will probably not make it into the residency programs as an official tool, but who knows.
